This breakfast wrap is very easy to make and you can add or subtract items at your pleasure so don't be afraid to do so! The following recipe will feed about 4 people, you can feed more or less depending how much you fill your wraps.

6 Large Eggs
1/4 Vegetable Oil
Pepper to taste
1 Cup cut up Turkey
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 Tablespoons Milk
4 Wraps whatever style you like
In a small bowl whisk the eggs, mil and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat a little oil.
Add the egg mixture and cook over medium heat until eggs are set.
Stir in the cheese and turkey.
Once cooked place in the center of the tortillas and roll up.
Cut down the center and use a toothpick to hold.
This makes a great parenting breakfast because it is healthy and kids will love it! My daughter always ask when we can have wraps. The mix of eggs and turkey provide a healthy and filling meal to give you and your family energy with a low fat content.
